FEATURE & SPONSOR TERMS & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Overview

These terms apply to businesses that submit information for consideration for sponsorship on Metropolitan Unlimited. By submitting your business through any “Get Featured” or sponsorship inquiry form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Editorial Discretion

Metropolitan Unlimited maintains full editorial discretion over all featured businesses, sponsorship placements, and published content. Submission of a business or sponsorship inquiry does not guarantee placement on the platform. All submissions are reviewed to ensure alignment with the platform’s focus on reputable local businesses, services, and experiences. Metropolitan Unlimited reserves the right to:

• approve or decline any submission
• edit, revise, or summarize submitted content
• determine placement, positioning, and visibility
• remove or update content at its discretion

2. Accuracy of Information

By submitting your business, you confirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to: • business name
• contact details
• services offered
• website and social media links
• descriptive content

Metropolitan Unlimited is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information provided by the submitting business.

3. Content & Media Permission

By submitting your business, you grant Metropolitan Unlimited permission to use and display the following materials for feature or sponsorship purposes:

• business descriptions and written content
• logos and branding assets
• photos or media provided by the business
• publicly available images or content related to the business

You confirm that you have the rights or permission to provide any submitted media. Metropolitan Unlimited may edit, format, or adapt content to align with the platform’s style, layout, and editorial standards.

4. Feature Placements

Featured businesses may appear across the platform, including but not limited to:

• category pages
• recommendation sections
• editorial articles
• city-specific pages

Placement type, positioning, and visibility may vary based on editorial decisions and selected feature options. Feature placements may include both organic and paid opportunities.

5. Sponsorship Terms

Sponsorship placements are premium, limited opportunities designed to provide extended visibility across the platform. By entering into a sponsorship agreement, you acknowledge:

• sponsorship placements are limited by category
• placement details, visibility, and duration are defined prior to confirmation
• typical sponsorship terms may range from 18–24 months
• sponsorship positioning is determined based on platform structure and availability

Metropolitan Unlimited reserves the right to: • adjust placement as the platform evolves
• modify layout, structure, or content presentation
• maintain editorial control over sponsored content

Sponsorship does not guarantee specific results, including traffic, leads, or business outcomes.

6. Payment & Refunds (If Applicable)

All approved feature placements and sponsorships are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing: • all payments are non-refundable
• placement begins after confirmation and payment
• timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

7. Listing Updates

Businesses may request updates to key information such as:

• website links
• contact details
• operating hours Metropolitan Unlimited may review and update listings periodically to maintain accuracy and quality.

8. Removal Requests

Businesses may request the removal of their listing or content by contacting Metropolitan Unlimited. Removal requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Metropolitan Unlimited reserves the right to retain or remove content at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Metropolitan Unlimited provides listings, features, and sponsorship placements for informational and promotional purposes only. The platform does not guarantee:

• customer traffic
• leads or conversions
• business performance or outcomes

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content created, published, or distributed by Metropolitan Unlimited, including but not limited to:

• written articles and editorial features
• business descriptions and summaries created by Metropolitan Unlimited
• website copy, layouts, and platform structure
• graphics, designs, and visual assets

is the intellectual property of Metropolitan Unlimited and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Businesses may reference or share content created by Metropolitan Unlimited; however:

• proper attribution must be given to Metropolitan Unlimited
• a visible and direct link back to the original content on the Metropolitan Unlimited website must be included
• content may not be altered in a way that misrepresents its original meaning or context

Metropolitan Unlimited reserves all rights to its content and may take action to enforce those rights where necessary.
